Datowin Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

1. Eligibility & Registration

1.1 Age Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Datowin platform. Datowin reserves the right to request proof of age from any user at any time. If a user is found to be underage, the account will be terminated immediately and any winnings will be voided.

1.2 Regional Restrictions

The Datowin platform is primarily accessed by players from Malaysia. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with their local laws. Datowin makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

1.3 Registration Process

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and valid email address. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account termination.

• Only one account is permitted per individual, phone number, email address, and device.
• The account holder must be the individual who registered — accounts may not be transferred or shared.
• Datowin reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

2. Account & Security

2.1 Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Datowin account password and login details. You must notify Datowin immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

2.2 Account Activity

All activity that occurs through your account — whether carried out by you or by another party with or without your knowledge — is your responsibility. Datowin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

2.3 Two-Factor Authentication

Datowin provides two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security. You are strongly encouraged to enable this feature through your account settings. Accounts with 2FA enabled receive additional protection against unauthorised access attempts.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

Datowin accepts deposits via DuitNow QR, FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your account instantly.

3.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction
• Daily deposit limits can be set by the user through the responsible gaming settings
• Datowin reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits based on account status

3.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be made at any time provided all account verification requirements have been met and no active bonus is still within its wagering period. Withdrawal processing times are 5–15 minutes to e-wallets and 15 minutes to 1 hour to bank accounts.

3.4 Transaction Fees

Datowin does not charge any processing fees for deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose additional charges that are beyond Datowin's control.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by Datowin are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated alongside each offer. These requirements must be fully met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Datowin reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence that a player has exploited the bonus system, used multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or engaged in arbitrage betting to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk.

4.3 Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus has a validity period stated in its promotional terms. Unused bonuses will expire automatically upon the validity period ending, with no compensation.

5. Game Rules

• Use of a credit card or payment method not registered in your name
• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to use your account
• Distributing malware or carrying out any cyberattack against the platform
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass regional restrictions

7. Account Termination

7.1 Termination by User

You may close your Datowin account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and no active bonuses are running.

7.2 Termination by Datowin

Datowin reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user's account at any time for reasons including violation of the Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, regulatory authority requests, or at Datowin's sole discretion.

7.3 Balance After Termination

In cases of account termination not caused by a breach, any valid balance will be returned to the user within 14 business days. Balances associated with bonuses or activities that violate the Terms and Conditions will not be refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability

Datowin provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding continuous, uninterrupted availability. Datowin shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data due to service disruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• Errors or delays caused by third-party service providers
• Losses arising from a user's negligence in maintaining account security

Datowin's maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

9. Responsible Gaming

Datowin is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings
• Play Time Limit: Set a session time limit to avoid excessive play

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Datowin operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled through binding arbitration.
